By placing an order, you have confirmed that you have read, understood and accepted these following policies.

Returns

We accept return on products which were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item or damaged item).

Item(s) must be returned together with proof of purchase.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our support team via [email protected] for more information. Please be informed that you have to pay the return shipping fee.

Refunds

Our policy lasts 3 days from arrival date. If 3 days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Transaction refund fee (5% of your total order value).

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time (5 business days) before a refund is posted.

Cancel order

You can only cancel your order within 24 hours from purchasing time of the same day. Please be informed that a management, processing and transaction fee (5% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation. Full refund only applies to switching orders.

Once you place new orders, our system will automatically cancel old orders and refund 100%.

Get Organized

·       Return items should be unworn, and still have their tags and original packaging.

·       You may return your order within 30 days from the receipt of order.

Request A Return Authorization

·       You must obtain a FREE RETURN LABEL by sending us an email to notice about the condition of your order. We’ll then inspect your order based on the proofs given by you then send you a FREE RETURN LABEL so that you can return the package back without any fees.

Ship It Back

·       Items were received in the last 30 days.

·       Returns cannot be processed without a FREE RETURN LABEL.

·       We send one FREE RETURN LABEL for all items being returned and a return address.

·       Items that have been altered or washed cannot be returned.

·       Shipping fees or return/ exchange fee (if any) go to us.

·       Returns cannot be processed if any of the items are found to be in used or damaged conditions or with tags missing.

·       Please then well pack your item(s) with its FREE RETURN LABEL and go to the nearest USPS then send the package to our store which is located at:

If it is not sent to the proper return location or sent COD, it will be refused.

What’s Next

·       When the product is returned, the Credit Card used to make the original purchase will be automatically refunded through Paypal. For this reason, it is important to retain the Credit Card. Please allow 7-21 business days from receipt at our warehouse for your return credit to be processed.

·       There are no additional expenses for your return process to be done. We offer FREE RETURN LABEL for return shipping fee at no cost as well as there is no restocking fee or any other charges.
